Rub a wedge of lemon or lime in each eye

Its almost as painful to watch as it must be to do it! the barmaid thought they were mad.

The funny thing is, they couldnt understand why my (female) friend and I werent prepared to do it! I have known these boys for years and whilst I'll happily drink pints with them, i draw the line at scorching my eyeballs with lemon wedges!

That should be called a "tequila stupid" not a tequila stuntman.

I would never do a shot like that.
