Petsmart. The designs glow.
First time we went ...when we thought we were getting two (heheheee). When we got Mew we needed another. Wally will need one in a couple-three weeks.

Ours never go outside... it has to cool down and they will be on a leash.

These do indeed glow. We tested it in the dark... under the blanket (our cats are strange lol. I commented under sleeping kitties another kitten... body under blanket... head on pillow. Site won't let me upload the ohotos.)
