It was the way you worded it. It was like me asking if anyone had "ever been given a dutch oven."

1. Have you ever been to Switzerland?

No, I've never been out of the United States.

2. Do you like cheese fondue?

I've never had cheese fondue. And what's more unfortunate is that it is all my own fault. We've had a brand new fondue pot in the house for two or three years now. We got it as a Christmas present and have just never taken it out of the box. Do you have a recipe or two you could share that might get us to actually use it?

3. If you had to choose, would you pick:

c) Hershey's chocolate - It's what I've grown up with and am used to.

4. Can you yoddle?

No, can you?

5. Do you own a Swiss Army knife?

I have a small one on the ring with my work keys. It has four blades, I think.

6. Have you ever been skiing?

No - too chicken!

I've eaten at Culver's and it is good. I think I still prefer Ritter's - more flavors!

Lacey wants to know. . .

* Do you collect anything?

Not really. Do you collect anything?

* Does your son collect anything?

Sheets of paper!!!!! Since he's at camp this week I've been able to go in his room and really have a good clean up! He draws cartoons all the time and never throws anything away.

* Have you ever laughed so hard you wet your pants?

Uh, no.

* Is Grace the craziest of your 3 furbabies?

Y'know, they're all crazy in their own ways. Grace can "spaz out" with the best of them. You'll flip over what my dad made and brought up for the cats. He made a great cat tree/gym thing with two tunnels and scratching areas. I'll make and post a picture as soon as I can.

I can't wait to see what your dad made!!! Are the cats enjoying it?!?! That's so exciting!!!

I can't yoddle, but I can give you a recipe for foundue!

This is a typical Swiss fondue "moitiÃ[emoji]169[/emoji]-moitiÃ[emoji]169[/emoji]" which means "half and half"

(serves 4)

600–800 g bread (french baguette type)
Cut into 2–3 cm cubes

1 clove garlic
Peel, crush, rub the fondue pot with it

0,3 l dry wine, 3 tsp cornflour
Mix in the fondue pot and bring to the boil on your stove (cooker top)

400 g Vacherin Fribourgeois - don't know if you can get this in the US - it's a mild, semi-soft cheese (min 48% fat content)
400 g Gruyère cheese grated - I imagine you can find this in the US - it's a hard, quite strong-flavoured cheese (min 49% fat content)
Add to the mixture in the fondue pot and melt over a very low heat, stirring continuously with a wooden spatula.

Pepper, Kirsch
Add to taste.

As soon as the fondue has reached a cremy consistency (and before it starts to boil), place it on the fondue burner and you're ready to go!
We usually drink white wine with it (and definitely not cold water...)

Spear a cube of bread onto a fork and dip into the fondue mixture. Keep the fondue at a constant temperature. Keep stirring it otherwise it'll stick to the bottom of the pot and that'll be a pain to clean!

I have to be honest and tell you that I rarely make cheese fondue from scratch - the pre-prepared stuff is easier and tastes just as good! If you have a good cheese shop nearby they might sell it

Enjoy!

Rigel wants to know. . .

1.- Like to chew Gum?

Yes, I think I must go through a pack of gum every two days or so. I like to have some at work to chew when I get the munchies.

2.- Name one of the "Discotheque" near to your area!

I have no clue, Rigel. We don't go out dancing.

3.- Are you USE to Go to Dance in the Discotheques?

See answer above!

4.- Wich one was the most Crazy thing, that you have it? ( I mean for example, jump in parachute, ride a motorcycle...etc...)

I rode a loop roller coaster when I was younger at a theme park in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We grew up riding motorcyles. My Dad was really into them. Some folks would say that my buying carrots to leave out for the rabbits who visit our yard is crazy.

5.-Wich one was the place more far that you are from your home? ( I mean Trip)...

Our last trip to New Orleans, Louisiana, was pretty far. I don't know how many miles. We went most of the way by train. It was a lot of fun.

6.- in your Own opinion, who´s the best eater of chocolates from TCS....? (here´s the options:
- Danielle...(huggles)

- Cindy......(Krazycats)
.......(Just for fun chicks!.....

They are all choco-holics, aren't they? We need to have a Ding Dong eating contest someday!

7.- Do you like to watch soup operas? wich one is your favourite?

Every now and then I'll turn Passions on at work. That is one silly show!

8.- Have you ever to eaten Crab? do you like it?

I've only eaten crab that is in other dishes. It's okay. My husband LOVES fried crab claws. We can't get them where we live, though. I guess living so near the ocean you eat crab a good bit.

9.- Do you like to board Games? wich one is your favourite? ( i mean for example.... Monopoly, Cards...etc...)...

Scrabble. Monopoly. Uno. Carcassone. Who Stole Ed's Pants?

10.- Do you like the Car Races?

I watch NASCAR every now and then. You like Formula One races, right?

Buttermilk waffles!
I'll be over tomorrow morning.

Have you started freaking out wondering who you will nominate for next week's spotlight?

If/when you have to move from Evansville, what will you miss?
