OOOOO that sounds excellent. Much as I would prefer our bucks to go to that area, I wasn't liking the thought of supporting a shelter that isn't no-kill. But if the funds can be directed to a specific part of their program, which includes euthanasia only where we would use it ourselves, then I'm all for it.
