Tabby kittens are trying to kill each other

I just got two tabby kittens about 3 weeks apart in age, 9and 12 weeks, they keep trying to hurt eachother,any suggestions

Actually, the 12 wk old is 3 weeks further advanced in play than the 9 week old, which can def. be a problem. The 9 wk old will always be the underdog and be overpowered, that is for the next 2-3 months, then they will be more equal.
