I rescued a stray kitten a few days ago. She was very skinny and had lots of fleas. We took care of the fleas, and have been feeding her regularly. However, I noticed when we first fed her that her tummy got swollen, or bloated. We haven't taken her to a vet yet, but we are planning to soon. I haven't seen any worms in her stool and she poops pretty regularly. When I got home today I noticed a little blood in her stool, but it wasn't a lot. it was a little dark, and the poop was pretty soft. I was just hoping to find out if there is something I could do in the mean time. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it, she is active and lively and when I press on her belly (lightly) she doesn't show any signs of being in pain. I don't know if its because her stomach is getting used to the food, or she has worms, etc. Someone please enlighten me D:
