Hi! I am fostering a new kitten and today is Day 9 of fostering. I noticed that she was tearing a little more than normal yesterday and today she has a swollen eyelid on her right eye. I am not sure what it is but does anyone have any ideas what it might be? Her other eye seems okay

In the picture does her other eye have an eye "booger" if so it is probably going to happen to her other eye as well which would lead me to believe it is some sort of infection that needs medicine to clear up.. sooner rather than later if you can get her seen today that would be best for her.
Please let us know how it goes.

yes get her to a vet asap. she needs eye antibiotics or she will go blind. that swollen area on top is pressure, she will be in extreme pain soon if she already isnt. if you are fostering the place where you got her should take care of it. call them. please! get her in!
