So as the subject says, I'm switching my recipe from Hare-Today protein + Alnutrin, to Hare-Today protein + the specific supplements that Dr. Pierson suggests.
Here is her supplement recipe for 3lbs:
1 cup water
2 eggs
5000 - 10,000 mg fish oil (5-10 capsules of the average 1,000 mg capsule)
400 IU (268 mg) Vitamin E (powdered E in capsules is the easiest to use)
50 mg Vitamin B-complex (capsules or tablets)
2,000 mg taurine (use powdered - either in capsules or loose)
1 tsp Morton Lite salt with iodine
Now this recipe assumes you're grinding your own meat, but I'm guessing it's fine to just use Hare-Today with bone instead?
Also, I plan on doing 12lbs at a time instead of the 3lbs that the recipe calls for. Am I fine just quadrupling the ingredients?
Thanks!
