I'm a nursing student so I live on limited funds, but yes I try to make sure that I get new toys and make a special meal and fuss over them for Christmas.
Each cat no. I get new toys and a treat food(any food they normally do not get) and hand it out to them. Found amazing deal for Royal Canin so that will be it this year. Also will get some wet food.
My grandmother got them toys a few Christmases ago, and one of them was a pink fuzzy mouse that is still Simon's favorite. It's currently lying in wait under the dining table where he left it after catching & releasing for 15-20 minutes earlier today!
Yes. Each of our seven has his or her own stocking that is hung on the stair railing with care.
(Mollipop, Tabby, and Muffin have stockings with their names on them.) Their stockings contain two cans of Fancy Feast (for their Christmas Day breakfast and dinner), little mousies (I buy a cheese wedge of mice from Foster and Smith), and other toys. A package of hairball snacks. A container of catnip....we have catnip parties throughout the year. They are also getting a new Da Bird this year....if I ever get around to ordering the thing, that is.
