Hello, I'm going to the vet tomorrow but I'm sort of freaking out, it wasn't there an hour ago, she is an indoor only cat, a bit crazy and do skid into stuff sometimes when she plays, the house is clean and she is clean and well groomed, i don't think these are worms.
I saw something that looks like a tiny scratch further into hair but... does anyone have an idea?

Bald patches can be caused by any number of things: scratching too hard, skin irritation, allergic reaction to something, etc. If the vet doesn't find anything, chalk it up to a random occurrence.
