Stinky smelly kitty! HELP!!!!

My 3-year old Maine Coon had to stay overnight at the vet for tests. When I picked him up this morning his stomach was wet with urine.The vet told me they tried to clean him as good as they could. Once home we gave the kitty a bath but he still smells horrible. Two baths later and a treatment with vetbasis orange mango foaming cleanser it's not much better. Has anybody out there any suggestions?

He was squatting a lot and hasn't been able to pass a lot of urine. They diagnosed him with cystitis and started treatment last night. This morning he was using the litter box at the vet.

Glad to hear he is doing better - maybe it's time for a visit to the groomers
