Stink Bugs vs. Tidy Cat

I clean my only indoor cat's litter box at least 1-2 times daily and have the Litter Genie[emoji]169[/emoji]. Today, as I thoroughly sifted through the enclosed litter box, I found a stink bug. Can they lay eggs in 24/7 Tidy Cat? I regularly empty and toss all the litter and scrub the litter box in hot, soapy bleach water. Any answers? I just cleaned the litter box. These stink bugs come in at the end of Summer.

It probably fell in the box and couldn't get out. I occasionally find a bug or a spider in the litter box that way.
