This is Stewie saying hi to all. Will post some candid pictures later. Thanks for looking. C & C welcome. Thank you.
Well, I use Photoshop to create the effect. There are two ways to create this effect.Originally Posted by xocats

How did you do black & white with green eyes?
Same problem here. love the photosOriginally Posted by Aussie_Dog
I'm trying that out but I have a couple of questions. First: I can select one eye but I can't select the second eye (the lasso tool turns into that thing that moves the picture around when I click down). Actually, I think that's my only question, lol. I tried the layers idea but I've never been able to understand layers so I gave up pretty quick. The 2nd way is easier for me, except I can only colorize one eye, lol

Then I select that and then go to the next thing I want to select. As soon as I was done selecting, I'd left click and it'd stop allowing me to select. Then I'd switch everything to greyscale, only with one problem. When you switch from a paw to an ear, a long line (the selector) shows up between the two, probably because it doesn't quite know what it wants you to do. When that happens, you just select the patchy line of color (because the things you selected come out in color while everything else is grey, and that line is part of the selected color), and then turn that grey. Probably sounds confusing, so I'll let watchcaddy explain it (hehe, sucker). I haven't done it with the eyes, but I did it (sort of) with my 2nd picture (first one was an easy one of Molly), when I had to select both his body and then his paw, which was divided away from his body. The floor was light brown so the selected line was pretty obvious, but fortunately greying it out was easy.
watchcaddy, I thank you SO much! I've been dying to figure out how to do this exact thing (colorize one thing and have everything else in greyscale) for ages and now I finally know how to do it! Wh00t!
(hope this isn't stealing your thread but I'm just so PLEASED now, lol)
Oh, almost forgot: great pictures! I'll never get that kind of beauty, mostly because none of my guys have such beautiful eyes (sorry guys)
Stewie is a brown tabby, weighing in at 12 lbs.Originally Posted by Firefly*21

I have posted an easier solution to colorize both eyes to Aussie Dog post above. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.Originally Posted by Anakat
