we have two new kittens. one of which is pretty normal. the other is cross eyed and very very high speed and very very bad depth perception. we haven't given them full reign of the house yet even after 2 months. they're getting big enough and curious enough that we need to find solutions now lol. I've enclosed a pic of the railing. has anyone else here had to cat proof this kind of staircase before? what did you do? we're thinking of getting fishing net and anchoring that down.. the bars are wide enough for our smallest cat (not pictured here) to go thru at the widest points, we've had to rescue him off the other side of the railings a couple times since we moved here. so for sure a kitten will make it thru.
