Vet visit today proved no parasites, no mites, no worms, no viruses, and best of all, she's spayed and tattooed on her belly with an "S." There was no microchip.
I've got some drops to rub on her ears twice a day to clear up whatever it is that is bothering her, but the vet said it isn't mange and it isn't catchy; looks more like scratches that are healing to him.
She does have some built up ear wax, but he said as long as she's not digging at it, it's fine to leave it be for the moment (I spent a whole week's pay today to take Squeaky and Sissy both to the vet.
)
He said as long as I plan to keep her indoor-only, she can be integrated whenever I choose, so I am going to get the feliway going for a couple of days, whip out ye olde vanilla extract this weekend and see if I can't have yet another successful 24 hour intro!
I'm so happy that's she's spayed!
