Sierra's vet had recommended that I get a baseline for her heartrate and respirations when she is relaxed at home, so I was listening to her with my stethoscope Thurs. night and she had a mild inspiratory wheeze! It continued throughout that nap, but was gone later in the night. When I talked to her vet Fri., she said lots of cats have been coming in wheezing due to pollen allergies, and that she would be OK as long as it doesn't get any worse and she doesn't exhibit any signs of resp. distress. Her little eyes have also been a little red. Anyone else with allergies? Suggestions?
