Spayed cat yowling after returning from vacation?

I just got back from a 5 day vacation to attend a funeral and my cat has been acting weird for hours.

She'll leave the room and start yowling but comes running when I call her name.

She was spayed about 3 weeks ago so it was somewhat recently.

Could she be in heat despite having been spayed? Or just anxious about the long separation?

She hates being alone and will often start crying in less than a minute if she gets accidentally closed in a room if that helps anything.

She's just yowling. No other symptoms from what I'm seeing but then again she never "gets into position" around me.

How old is she when she was spayed? Was she ever in heat before she was spayed? She might still have the hormones in her just after 3 weeks after spaying. It'll take awhile for her to settle down.
Maybe she just wants attention. Is she a talkative cat?

2 years old almost 3, yes, and extremely
