Spayed cat in heat (?)

You may need to put her in the tub or sink and run water over it to really get all the sand off and to see how bad her wounds are. She is probably sore. She may need to see a vet.

Please post a picture of the area once it is cleaned.

I don't think you need the betadine. Coconut oil should be soothing.
She is not here now. I'm waiting for her!
Once she is back I will clean it again but I don't think she will let me put her in a tub or sink.

Is she outside? She needs to stay inside and heal.
Yes, she's a stray cat.
Unfortunately, I can't take her in. :(
But she hardly ever leaves my building, she eats, drinks, sleeps on my door. She is most sweetest stray cat ever.

Have you been able to put coconut oil on it? Can you get her to a vet? She needs it looked at.

Yeah, that looks bad :(. If it were a healthy pink abrasion or normal dark skin it would be one thing, probably fixable at home. But the yellow isn't a good sign, could mean an infection. Better get her in to see the vet as soon as you can.
