Yesterday we lost our oldest and most sweet cat Sparkles. I say oldest because she is our first cat, but she wasn't even 11 years old. She bravely battled cancer but her little body wore out and she crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
She was an amazing cat. She loved anybody and everybody that came into our home, stranger or not you were immediately her best friend. She also got along with our dogs, where our other cats are afraid of strangers and the dogs.
She especially loved our dog BlackJack, who was tragically taken from us in 2006. Now they are together and I know that one day I will see them both again.
