It's been going on for months. I've left notes on him politely as possible basically saying 'you shouldn't be messing with other people's pets, if you have an issue call the number(yeah right), please stop. Not only are you compromising his security, the GPS unit is very expensive($200), if he were to lose it(being so loose). It should be snug and allow no more than 2 fingers to fit under which it does.' Yes, I have explained all that on little notes I've attached to his collar. And yes, having a GPS I plan on tracking down this person but the GPS isn't THAT good, accuracy and battery life and I don't have time to track him that closely. But this is maddening. It's like some sneaky person is playing some childish pointless game behind my back. I'm wondering what type of person does this. They obviously like my cat but it goes beyond that.
Has anyone ever dealt with someone messing with their outdoors cat like this? I've also instructed to not feed him as not only is his diet my business, I cook for my cats and don't want them on a junk food diet, though when available they jump for that stuff, which I keep for occasion, and my paranoia is giving me ideas of this person trying to entice my cat to them with food and attention as apparently he keeps going back. Not every day tho, as far as I can tell as this happens occasionally, probably like 6 times in the past 18 months. That's a lot. Very creepy behaving person I'm dealing with here. Well, idk. Keep writing notes? Track my cat and start knocking in doors? Geez. Ideas?
