It's good to see you back!
I was thinking of you all day!

I am pleased everything went well and you've taken time off to recoup!
At least you know it's over now!

Plus, it's better to supervise men while they work!
But don't get too close if things get a bit tense!!

Thanks Sarah. I've got a great day snugged up on the sofa in my jim-jams! I'm under strict instructions - don't bend or stretch for anything from hubby - we don't want any accidents with the stitches so I'm out of the firing line because things will get tense
. Hubby's resizing a wooden venetian blind to fit - oh-oh.

I'm strictly on an "I'll call you if I need you" basis
Sounds good to me!

These just arrived from my work colleagues - aren't they lovely

It's so sweet of them to do this. If you look carefully you can just see Lily's paw on the chair - she had to check them out!

Love the flowers.
Hope those pain killers are still working.

Be careful that they don't tip the flowers over. I had a kitchen table ruined because mine knocked over a vase of roses and it stood on the table the entire day when I was away at work

Awww what a shame about your table. Fingers crossed - ours haven't tipped a vase over....yet!

No painkillers today
just sitting carefully and not moving too much!

Thanks Jenny. Lily is sitting nearby and every now and again she walks across the keyboard and hits HELP just in case I've got stuck with something!

She's also been "helping" hubby though - and managed to carry the pull cord to the venetian blind upstairs for him - unfortunately it wasn't attached to the rest of the blind at the time so he's had to rethread it!
