My kitten is 7 weeks old hes was wormed with strongid and he was also wormed with albon. He's still having soft stools. I'm wondering if I'm feeding him too much hes also really gassy. He is currently eating Evo Kitten wet food I give him 1/4can 4 times a day the can is the 5oz. Sometimes I'll give hiim a little more because hes still looking for more so I will put a tad more in his dish. I also give him some raw food on those days the meal I give him of the raw I will not give him wet food for that meal.
Tonight I just started to mix a little bit of pumkin in with his food to see if I can firm up his stools. He will be going to the vet next week for his first set of kitten shots. His stool sample was negative when I took him in a few weeks ago for a wellness check.
Should I have another stool checked?
Coulc this be from over feeding even tho you should pretty much give kittens as much as they will eat?
He doesn't get any dry except for a treat at bed time I will give him a few peices of kibble which is GO Now kitten.
