So What's On the Menu Tonight?

I got a yum from Fran!

We ended up having curry for tea last night because I wasn't in a very good frame of mind and was too lazy to cook. I had butter chicken with garlic naan.

Tonight it will be devilled sausages for tea.

Stuffed Cornish game hens glazed with orange sauce.

I'm making French Dip, with onion & garlic oven fries. Easy...but yummy!

We're due. Friday night. Maybe chops, but my favourite shop has sirloin on special this week, so I may do something with that.

Meanwhile, tonight we had little thin fast fry pork loin chops, which were pleasant for a change, yam fries with garlic mayo and green peas with onion.

I ended up yesterday picking up a frozen lasagna that beckoned to me, and we'll have the leftovers tomorrow -- fast heat up. Good for Thursday.

Baked scallops tonight with asparagus and I'm not sure yet what else.

Going to be roast chicken with all the trimmings for me tonight. I just threw the bird in the oven about 15 minutes ago.

I just made a couple of hot dogs on rolls and french fries, just a simple dinner since I have a bad headache.

Stir fry shrimp is on the menu here tonight! I think we'll have it with pasta instead of rice.

As DH was not home for my birthday we are celebrating tonight.

Probably just canned soup tonight. Not feeling too great today.

The plan is lamb (thanks to Sam's tease the other day). Probably chops, though I haven't done the shopping yet; either nugget potatoes or Jasmine Rice, depending what I decide to do with the lamb; probably garlic carrots. I'm not actually feeling very energetic, so "simple" will be the operating principle, and that probably means "spazz and bikkies" for dessert.

I finish work at 9pm tonight so not sure what will be for tea - any ideas for a quick tea? Might be subway!
