I baked some salmon marinated in a teriyaki sauce. Romaine lettuce salad, leftover cornbread stovetop dresser. I brought home a loaf of Cinnamon Twist bread today from work so I had to eat light so could wolf down a few slices if that!

Not sure what's for tea tonight but I did take some hot n spicy chicken drums out of the freezer and might have them with a simple lettuce and feta salad

I've been dithering about it all day, and I think it is going to be Butter Chicken and Pappadums.

I had some homemade pizza/pita things and I just had some more for lunch.
It's mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil, thyme, Mrs. Dash, and Italian salad dressing on a pita. I cook mine in the oven at 350 for ~10 minutes.

I'm making Spicy chicken drumsticks, roasted baby beets and feta salad and some creamy mushrooms for lunch - I've got no money so I'm using scraps from the fridge!

I start work at 6.30pm tonight and finish at 10pm so will probably grab some bread and have baked beans on toast!

Everything I want to do needs the oven, which is on the fritz.
Guess I'll take the solitary pork chop left from the package the other night and do something Thai with it.

That sounds so good! No idea here, I might skim through this thread to see what catches my eye

My mom came over tonight for a little while so while she was here I made dinner. I made BBQ chicken pizza. It was yummy.

Im doing bbq ribs tonight, I found some beef ribs in the freezer (not the rack kind, more like country style) so I'll pour sauce over them, wrap them in foil and toss them in the oven until theyre super tender. Not sure what (if anything) will go on the side...maybe rice? Or mashed potatoes...
