So I read I’m supposed to clean it with soapy water and how can I do that without getting it in his eye? Neosporin I just applied around his eye It looked like a tiny drop of blood in/or around his tear duct last night. He can open both eyes but keeps closing the one eye. The last picture is after I applied the neosporin.

He is winky today and I’m keeping a close eye on him. I can’t find the scratch today but I know he is slightly injured.

He got out at my mom’s house and there was a cat fight I heard and broke up by calling for him. He hid and came home an hour later….. with the slightly wonky eye.

I wouldn't use soapy water. You can use a warm water compress or even chamomile tea water (let the chamomile tea steep and cool and then use as a compress). If he continues with the winking, get him to the vet for a stain of the eye and to make sure that there's not scratch or something else going on with the eye.
