Some of you might remember me from my previous posts. The neighbor behind me moved out and left a pregnant cat. She gave birth, then her baby gave birth, and we ended up having five cats living with us, and everyone we know now has cats.
Last night I was sitting on the floor fooling with the computer, and I remembered that I had to go get my prescriptions that I left in the car. I walk outside and the neighbor asks if I lost a cat. I explained that I currently feed about 3 cats that come each night into my shed. I have camera's inside my shed so I can see who is coming in and eating. Well she tells me this is a different cat, and that it seems like she is trying to get into her house.
So I walk over and this very skinny all white cat comes over. You could tell that she is not a feral cat. She is sooo skinny that you can feel almost every bone in her body. She lets you pick her up, so I do and bring her to my house.
We fed her wet cat food and she ate it like crazy. She hissed at the two little dogs, but nothing major. The other cats did not attack her or anything. They have just been watching her very closely. My daughter took her upstairs with her to bed, and she slept in bed with her all night. This mourning she found the litter box and went to the bathroom.
She is the cutest and friendliest little thing. It just makes me mad that people can just throw an animal out like that. My wife agrees and has already told me that this is the last cat that I am allowed to bring into the house. period. hehe
