Well I have been inspired. Thanks everyone! I am going to print out this thread and put it with my other recipes.
Here is my meal plan for tonight:
Homemade macaronni and cheese dinner!
The recipe from Martha Stewart's website, just don't tell my boyfriend thats where it came from or he won't eat it, he doesn't like her for some reason

All I can say is Allrecipes, Allrecipes, Allrecipes!!!
I've made SO many things from there and they've all turned out awesome!

One of my favorite dishes is Ranch Chicken

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2C approx ranch dressing
3/4C approx italian bread crumbs (or cheese bread crumbs-what ever you like)
Cooking Oil

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Coat each chicken breast in ranch dressing, then coat with bread crumbs. Cook in heated frying pan until done.

Serve with potatoes, salad or veggies.

Another good recipe:

Garlic Salmon

2 salmon fillets
1 lemon-sliced
1 garlic clove-minced
salt
pepper

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Place salmon on individual foil pieces coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle each fillet with salt, pepper and minced garlic. Place lemon slices on top of fillets. Cover each fillet with another piece of foil and wrap tightly. Place foil packets on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 mins. or until salmon is pink and flakes easily.

Serve with veggies, potatos, rice or salad.

Oh I love salmon. Hubby hates it and says all fish is forbidden in here. Wonder if I could pass it off as something else and get him to eat it?
