I have a male cat, Castiel, that is just about two years old. He has just started peeing blood around the house the past two days. It is very small amounts, sometimes only just a drop or two. He is still eating and drinking, he is not throwing up, he is still playing with my other cats. If he was not peeing blood I would say he is perfectly fine. I do have two other cats, one male and one female, but they all get along very well and are best friends.
I have been to my vet already and he is on an anti-biotic as well as he got an anti-inflamatory shot. I am just super nervous about him and I want to know what is wrong with him so that I can help him.
Just over a year ago I lost one of my other cats to a blockage that leg to a fatty liver and I want to do anything and everything to prevent my boy from getting sicker so if you have any ideas or suggestions that I can do here to help him out I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you very much for taking the time to help me and to ease my mind.
Sincerely,
Alex
