Update:
I scheduled an ultrasound. It will be on Monday, at two.
She will be on Miralax starting tomorrow.
She has been friendly to me and my boyfriend, and to the other cats. She has been eating. She has been urinating, but may still be constipated, as I haven't seen her defecate today.
