What is the subject? Maybe you could ask around on here and somebody may know something about it and be able to offer some help?!
Will you be able to retake the exam at a later date? We have retakes in the UK, but i'm not sure how many times you can do them (lots, I think). Have you got coursework for the subject? Will you be able to boost your grade by doing really well with that?
I hope you are feeling a bit better and please, don't let it get you down - you need to concentrate on your other modules too!
