Hi, I have a queen with 4 kittens. All kittens are gaining weight and doing well phiscally except one. A kitten has a tilted head and not able to walk properly. They are 3 to 4 week old now others just started walking in box. This poor one is not able to sit properly and not able to walk normaly.
There is a chance that she might come under pressure of mom. Becouse they were carried from one place to another when their eyes just started to open.
I would be thankful to get some advise.

It is possible she has cerebellar hypoplasia, which is a nonfatal condition with symptoms similar to what you describe.  It is also possible she has some other kind of physical defect or injury.  You should have her examined by an experienced Cat Specialist vet just to make sure there is nothing else you can do.  If she does have the cerebellar hypoplasia, she can still live a long life and be much loved, but she may always be wobbly and walk "like a drunken sailor."  I do suggest getting a professional diagnosis from a vet, however, as soon as you can.

Tanks advisor, I am going to see a vet today. But the problem is that there are not too many cat experts in here. Anyways let's see! Hoping for the best..:-)

Yes, the vet put a collar on the kittens neck to give some support and to keep it straight. She said this tiny neck collar is not available in the market place so we have to improvise. She made it with a soft bandage. She injected a vitamins for bone strengting as well. She checked the kittens neck for frecture and for any swelling. I have passed your given concernes to the vet.
Kitten is doing well so far. First she got irritated with the coler and now she is OK.
Vet said lets see for few days...:-)

Yes for sure..:-) but I can see a little improvement. Today, she was sitting in the right position and walking like a drunk...:-) I hope she will improve quickly.
Can you please advise me that what should I offer kittens as a starter. As they look sturdy on their feet now. Playing with each other. And try to come out of box.
Should I start with milk? Up to date they are on their mothers milk.
Cheers!!

Wet cat food mixed with water or kitten milk to make a mush is a good way to begin kittens on solids. You can also moisten dry kitten chow to make it easier to eat. They will continue nursing for a few more weeks while they learn to eat solids.

They will need a kitten-sized litter box to use once they begin eating as their poops will become solid.
