Oh yeah - it's still cold out there. Wait until summer when you aren't wearing socks!!

We have a shower stall here. Koko stands on her hind legs pawing at the door when the water shuts off. The minute the door opens, she hangs over the edge just drooling for the toes to appear. Hmmmm.......no suggestions about stepping over a tub wall!

I was also going to suggest the shuffle!

Abby is the worst when we are walking down stairs. I think she is secretly trying to kill us!

Yep, shufflers here. It's especially fun to watch Aristotle "escort" Mom to the kitchen.

Sins I can not see my feet I have to shuffle because Taffy likes to be right under them and it drives me nuts. I am so scared I will hurt him.

I am not even sure why this popped into my head.
My shuffling about the house has reminded me very much the way my grandmother walked.
She didn't walk that way because she was old, but had always walked that way.
She called it puttering around

Evie LOVES darting under foot... She doesn't walk under our feet when we walk, she BOLTS underneath. I think it'd be easier if she walked with us, so we just knew she was always there. Instead, when we least expect it WHAM! Kitten underfoot.
We've stepped on her a few times, but the silly thing just doesn't learn...

She would then talk to Ebony and tell him that one day he was going to cause her to fall. Well, yes, that day came and as she was getting up, on her hands and knees and giving Ebony heck for finally tripping her up, Ebony casually walked away. Mom, with her great sense of humour, sat there and laughed until her tummy hurt.
That reminds me of my life, since I do now have two black cats. I do make a point of shuffling when it's dark, and you don't know how many times I have still had to say, "It's dark and you're black so I can't see you!"

These boys both like to dart underfoot, so you have to be alert at all times!
Jacob loves to play speedbump on the stairs, and Löki does it in the hall!
