She won't eat

My 6 year hasn't eaten (except for the odd nibble) for 6 days.   She drinking though.  She's seems fine, purring, cuddling, not shedding, playful.  

Can advantage (for fleas) give her this side effect? (I applied it 7 days ago.  she's been fine with this treatment before.   It's the only thing that's different in her world.  I've tried giving her different food - nibbled and walked away.  Teeth look fine as well.

6 days is a very long time for your cat to go without eating properly and she could develop other problems from that. I would urge you to take her to the vet for a check up. There may be something else that's causing her to be off her food, or it may be a reaction to the Advantage. There have been quite a few reports of animals reacting badly to Advantage/Frontline etc, so it's definitely possible.
