Yes, if mama cat is ginger and the babies are all girls, that means the tortie definitely has a different daddy than the ginger girls. Mama sure gets around . It looks like the dark daddy cat also had a rounder head---isn't she cute! But at that age they're all adorable .

All been vet checked and all beautiful girls think its harder to sex when having all the same as your trying to find differences.
All requested and will be ready for new homes in few weeks.
vet was very impressed with them and mummy, said kittens are healthy happy and a good size and weight, mummy been a diamond looking after them
