What color are the parents? What color are the kittens? I can help you a little if I know that - but pictures would be better
The best written description I have found was this:
With the kitten upright (as though standing on it's feet) the genitals of a female will look somewhat like an upside down exclaimation point, while male genitals will look more like a semi-colon.
The urethra and anus are also closer together on females.
