Guess I will go and see the doctor and see what she actually wants me to take and will then do the resarch.

I just feel like such a fraud though.

Why would you feel like a fraud? Would you feel like a fraud for seeking medication to help with diabetes or heart disease? Depression and anxiety are no different. Please ask for help! You deserve to feel better.
