I absolutely love to listen to the purring frequencies of a cat. It's said cats purr at about a frequency between 25 and 150 Hertz. Cats in my opinion play a major part as one of nature's healing frequency producers.

I love the sound of a cat’s purr. Willows are infrequent, usually at night when she lays close to me. Lola,on the other hand purrs to herself, purrs while she sleeps and of course, cranks it way up when she gets a belly rub.

If I'm having a difficult day hearing a cat purr really helps me get rid of the stress. Also, just watching a cat sleep is helpful too, they always look so comfortable.
My cats will occasionally purr while sleeping next to me, I love it❤
