Hi I just joined today. I have a feral cat that started coming to be fed last year and all through the horrible winter. So this year I built a little chalet from wood (a "Wee-Hoosie"), with lots of insulation and straw, and a 50W red heat bulb and a thermostat. Very quickly he understood who that was for! And he would go in for lengthy naps. I also built a "Catfeteria" for him similar to the "chalet" but make of a plastic bin, also very insulated and wormed up by another 50W bulb and thermostat. This was so his food and water would not freeze. And it has worked so well. Until recently when he has gone on lengthy walkabouts precisely when it was colder! I started to suspect he has another feral lover or has found himself another place...who knows? He still comes but not as eagerly as before. He used to be right there am and pm waiting for his chow.
Now I found that a little girl went into the Catfeteria as well! Could this be the reason for the feral's change of behavior? II have a feeling this one has a home but I don't know yet. This is a problem because if she has a home, someone would be feeding her and she is eating my feral's food. But if she is feral as well....what to do? The Catfeteria has room for only one.
So I want to buy one or two cameras like Myra T67. Could you please tell me where you bought it or maybe what is called? what the brand? It would be so much fun as well as a help deciding what to do next. Thanks to all of you for your support!
