Awwwww poor Scratch
He sounds like such a sweetie, and it sounds as though he's come a long way since he's been with you.
I'm so glad he found a wonderful home, and has a rascal of a brother to make him laugh (cause I'm sure he laughs at Bit's antics too).
It's horrible that people could treat such a sweet kitty that way. Do you have any idea what happened to his sister?

I look at Scratch and see that anything is possible. He's showed me that love comes in all shapes, sizes, and fur lengths. He has more to teach me, of this I am sure.
