Does anyone know what causes this? One of my other cats had this happen on both ears one year. I took her to the vet but they referred me to a dermatologist and gave her amoxicillin just in case it was a bacteria. It went away with the antibiotics so I didn’t make an appointment with the derm. Now my other cat is getting it.
I attached a photo of her normal ear and affected ear. I’ll see if I can get her into the vet. This cat has stress induced urinary infection problems so if I can avoid the vet that would be best.
