Was late in my followup with the retina dr. but finally got there today (I had a partially detached retina a few years ago and had surgery for it). Everything looks ok, except that there is still some slight wrinkling - he called it "puckering". Nothing to be concerned about immediately, and it's been like that for the last 2 years or so, but if the puckering gets any more pronounced it may require more surgery. Nothing as complicated as the surgery for the detached retina. I have to see him in 6 months so we'll see what happens then.
