What proportions of the ingredients do you use?There is a dip I haven’t made in ages. You heat a mixture of cooked Jimmy dean sausage, velveta cheese, cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes in a crockpot and served it with Doritos. So good!

Using my memory here but I think it was one pound of sausage, 1 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies in them, 1 8 oz package of cream cheese. I don’t remember how much velveeta but I would start with 8 ounces and then see if it tastes cheesy enough for you.What proportions of the ingredients do you use?
