Head cheese, also called souse and brawn, is a jellied loaf or sausage. Originally it was made entirely from the meaty parts of the head of a pig or calf, but now can include edible parts of the feet, tongue, and heart.

Oh yes, my cats adore cheese, too!!!!Definitely!!!!
But then they have a weird taste, anyway...
Recently Laura tried freshly boiled potatoes; straight from the pot(fang marks look soo icky on your potatoes!!!!

) and branches of our christmas tree!

Carter is more the meat guy, he goes nuts whenever I cut up some raw meat and though he always gets a few bits, he's too greedy - some time ago he decided I wasn't giving it to him fast enough, so he stood up on his hind legs, swatting with his paws like he was going to

and then he overlooked where the meat ended and mommy started and buried his claws *deep in my fingers*!!

I looked quite strange for the next week or so with my hand all wrapped up in bandaids!!!!
