Safe wax melts please

Are there any wax melts that are safe to use with my wee cat the last thing I want to do is harm him x
My friend told me they are all dangerous !

Personally, I would err on the side of caution and not use them. It seems if you really know what you are doing and have carefully researched all the ingredients, it might be possible. Here is an article that might show you what all is entailed in that research, but also know this is just one source's opinion.

Anything that gives off a scent, diffusers, wax melts, and etc, really aren't safe for kitties. They put off chemicals in the air that can cause breathing issues in kitties.

Plain bees wax should be fine though. It is fairly inert. I'm not sure exactly what you are using the wax for.

IndyJones IndyJones , wax melts are a way of diffusing scents into the air. So the issue really is with the scented oils and any other products in the melts that aid that process.
