I just received a call from her vet.
The pathologist's report called it a "benign follicular tumor"... a tumor of the hair follicle.

The surgery cured it.

I am sorry I missed this thread too!! I am so glad Sadie's tumor was benign! I was so wrapped up with taking care of Mittens--thank you for the support you gave me.Let me know if there is anything that I can ever do for you

Your ordeal with Mittens has gone on for a long time. Mine with Sadie was relatively short & simple.
I had one week of freaked out stress & it was over.
I do appreciate your thoughtful words for my little Sadie.

My prayers are with you & Mittens right now.
