Rough bumpy pimply skin on my phons

I have a phynx that has bumps on her shoulder area and on back and lower legs like pimples, I wash her once a week I've tried washing her more often and less often nd I had her to the vet and she's tried hypo allergenic food, I on know h else to try, any one have any ideas ? And also raw spots on her back legs looks like here he rests her feet on he floor, is that normal for hairless.?

I don't own Sphynx, but do know a breeder who said it's quite normal for them to get pimples - just like human skin. The raw spots sound a bit worrying though.

I'd suggest going back to your breeder for advice on how best to care for your girl.
