Ringworm or stress?

I just moved to a new house 2 days ago. My cat has been very stressed, but I have tried my best to make the transition as smooth as possible. I noticed today that she has hair loss near her eyes going towards her ears as well as a lesion on one side. I don’t know if this is due to excessive rubbing on things, excessive stress, or ring worm. There was a cat in our house the day before we moved, but he was only in the house for about 20 minutes. I also read online that it takes at least 7 days for ringworm to show up so I am confused. I am very stressed because the vet can’t get me in for a few days, I don’t want my cat to be hurting, and I don’t want it to transfer to me or my roommate. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sending all the good thoughts I have!

Regarding stress, can you play cat music for her? Does she have her own space away from everything?

Sorry, my phone "corrected" my spelling: miliary dermatitis. Not a reason for concern if that's what it is.
