Hi! This is my first post on here and I'm so happy to have found this place! My family includes my husband, two small children, A dog and three cats. We added our third kitten, Sawyer, to our home about 5-6 weeks ago. We rescued him from the same place we rescued our other cats. He was given a clean bill of health and was almost 4 months old when we took him home. He did sneeze once we got him home, and 5 days later we took him the vet. The vet said he was fine, and was probably just getting acclimated to our home. His sneezing has decreased, but he still does it a few times a day. This afternoon, I noticed a patch of dry skin behind his ear where the fur has rubbed (or fallen) off. I am really hoping this isn't ringworm, as I dealt with it once years ago, and hope to never do it again. Because of the numerous children and other animals in our house, it could be a disaster. We will take him to the vet, but since it's Labor day weekend, not much around us is open. Any input???
