That's so cute!!! Hey... I have that EXACT same scratching post! Except the top has been tampered with in an attempt to fasten a toy to it, and the rope is coming off where they have used it so much. It's as old as they are! I have it laying down now, because they like to stretch their backs that way.

I want to get him a big cat tree, but don't have the money yet. He loves climbing to the top of the post and tries to balance on the tip of it while he looks out the window and jumps around, but its so tiny he falls off

We have the same scratching post too!

Actually it is Emily's, she runs over if someone else tries to use it.
