Rescued kitten has strange spots on the bridge of nose

Does anyone know what the spots might be? I rescued this kitten a couple days ago from a rescue group and found out later that he has ear mites. Currently treating him for that but I’ve noticed these marks on his nose in on the bridge of his nose. Is anybody know what they might be? I’m waiting for the vet to call me back to make an appointment. He is 3 months old and is eating and playing normally.

See if you can send these photos to your Vet and ask them what they think? They might be able to tell you if an appointment is necessary or not.
